How to claim Insurance?

We wish you always to have safe driving, but if unfortunately you involved in an accident then please follow the guidelines below, which will help you to get your claim fast and easy.

After accident immediate file your Car Insurance claim with your Car Insurance Company. It is preferable to have an immediate call from the spot of accident, which helps your car insurance company to process your car insurance claim quickly.


• You must stop if any person or animal has been hurt, or if any other car, vehicle or property etc. has been damaged by you. Please do not drive away.

• If anyone injured by you in accident please take him/her quickly to hospital near by you.

• Call immediate to the police from the spot of accident.

• Inform your Car Insurance Company by phone immediately.

• If you have camera, take the pictures of vehicle and accident spot.

• Please take the name, addresses and telephone number other site driver (even if you are at fault), and don't forget to take his/her policy number.

• Take the information address and phone numbers of passengers if they are in the car.

• Also make sure to take information of pedestrians who were there at the time of accident. Which will be called witnesses.

• Don't blame to other party.

• Give authentic information to police and as well as to Car Insurance Company.

• Wait till the police inspect the accident area.
